GESi Advantage & C3 Process:
- Cores: The proven S-Wound substrate technology can now be found in both Gen1 & Gen2 Advanced Catalytic Converter product lines. These Metallic substrates are furnace-brazed to provide long term performance and emissions control.
- Coatings: The Coating process includes proprietary wash coat technology based on GEN1 or GEN2 applications that are designed to achieve stronger molecular bond to metallic surfaces with performance and emissions control in mind.
- Canning: In-house Canning features our Double-Lock technology to ensure the catalytic core and mantle are locked in place, with core-only models now available up to 6″ OD ready for custom exhaust integration.
